Radville Farms, part of the LFH division within the UK-based Wealmoor Food Group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Harvest Manager to oversee the entire crop collection process from seedling to packaging at our fresh produce farms and packhouse operations in The Gambia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-sufficient, hands-on agricultural professional who is passionate about upholding quality and safety standards to manage seasonal field teams to ensure products are gathered efficiently while keeping costs and labour requirements on target. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of The Gambia's leading agricultural businesses, supplying major retailers in UK. You will play a critical role in supporting sustainable business growth while positioning Radville as an employer of choice

The Opportunity
Reporting to E2E Supply Chain Manager you will take full responsibility for
Managing daily harvest operations
Coordinating seasonal field teams
Optimising labour productivity and harvest performance
Ensuring product quality and crop integrity
Working cross functionally across farms, packhouse and logistics teams
Upholding compliance, traceability and food safety standards
You will support initiatives that strengthen end to end product supply capability, organisational culture and enhance capability development. This role requires agile and adaptable operational execution in a fast-paced agricultural environment impacted by local and global factors.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years' experience in farm management, harvest coordination, or horticultural operations
Strong organisational and people management skills
Experience in fresh produce harvesting and post-harvest handling
Knowledge of GlobalGAP, SMETA, BRC or similar standards
Passion for agriculture and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage and handle data

Languages
Fluent English (required)
