We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading global agri-food business that partners with some of the UK's most recognised and innovative grocery brands.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded individual educated to QCF Level 5 or 6 in a relevant academic discipline, with experience within the UK food supply chain gained through sales, category management, procurement, or technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support National Account Controllers in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Act as a key day-to-day internal and external contact, responding promptly to customer enquiries and collaborating across functions to resolve issues.
Analyse large datasets and produce reports on key commercial and performance metrics.
Develop a thorough understanding of market sectors through analysis of retail activity, customer performance, and competitor trends.
Ensure business processes, administration procedures, and best practices are consistently followed and communicated.
Support the delivery of value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, reviews, and business updates.

Essential Skills and Experience
FMCG industry experience.
Experience within the UK food supply chain, ideally in sales, category management, procurement, supply chain or technical roles.
Broad IT competency and confidence working within a digital environment.
Strong analytical capability, including experience using data and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable influencing, persuading, and negotiating with a range of stakeholders.
Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused, with the ability to use initiative and take ownership.
