Key Responsibilities

  • Align sales forecasts with operational requirements to produce realistic and achievable rolling production plans.

  • Develop and manage rolling production schedules, identifying risks, opportunities, and contingency actions.

  • Analyse and proactively manage significant variances.

  • Collaborate across departments to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.

  • Identify and resolve potential constraints.

  • Forecast and communicate resource requirements.

  • Continuously monitor and adjust daily production plans to maximise OEE and OTIFAQ performance.

  • Maintain accurate ERP system data.

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, driving high levels of performance and accountability.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree in Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is desirable, along with knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools. Candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities and be comfortable working with large datasets to support operational planning and decision-making.


Skills & Experience

  • Lean manufacturing experience within a complex FMCG manufacturing environment.

  • Experience applying Theory of Constraints principles to operational planning.

  • Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge and high IT proficiency.

  • Experience handling, analysing, and interpreting large datasets.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical skills.

  • Ability to support and contribute to complex operational decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.

  • Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation capabilities.

  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
