Be the Guardian of Quality, Safety and Brand Integrity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Product Quality Manager to take full ownership of factory product quality performance, ensuring robust systems, controls, and processes are in place to maintain operational resilience and protect our brand reputation.

You will lead lead customer expectations, oversee food safety and HACCP systems, drive quality improvement initiatives, and work closely with production, technical, commercial, procurement and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class quality standards. Drive function and people leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• HACCP Level 4.

• Level 4 Food Safety for Manufacturing.

• Internal Audit qualification.

• Third-Party Audit experience.

Experience

• Proven quality management experience within food manufacturing, fresh produce, FMCG, or horticultural environments.

• Strong track record of maintaining quality systems that deliver product safety and compliance.

• Experience managing customer, regulatory, and certification audits.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.

• Experience driving continuous improvement programmes, value engineering and operational excellence initiatives focused on fullfilling orders On-Time-In-Full-At-Quality-At-Cost.

• Strong project management capability.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and trend analysis skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
